The control center project developed with LEDMAN is a cornerstone of Tsingtao’s “Lighthouse Factory” strategy—leveraging Industrial Internet + Ultra HD display technology to enable real-time monitoring of data across the entire production chain, from raw material fermentation to finished product filling. Equipped with LEDMAN’s self-developed PSE Energy-Saving Cold Screen Technology, the display surface temperature is maintained at 30.5°C, reducing power consumption by 50% compared to traditional displays. This not only extends equipment lifespan in high-humidity, high-heat environments but also aligns perfectly with Tsingtao’s vision as a globally recognized “Sustainable Lighthouse Factory” in the beverage industry.
The LEDMAN COB Ultra HD curved display in this project boasts a resolution of 14,400 × 2,000. Seamless splicing technology integrates the 18-meter curved screen into a cohesive dynamic canvas, presenting 3D models of critical data—including temperature curves in the mashing workshop, pressure data in fermentation tanks, operational status of filling lines, and production cycles—within the control center. Operators can interact via touch controls to retrieve detailed parameters of any process in real time.
